The location is great but the hotel was having a very off day - elevator not working, cafe opened late, desk folks were grumpy, and a cot was left in the hallway. We were given a room with a connecting door so had to hear every conversation in the next room until 11 p.m. Not a great experience.

The location of this hotel was the best thing about it. From being charged to get into our room a few hours early to then having the loudest fridge and heating ever. The WiFi was spotty at best and we were continuously logged out when using it. Our room was not cleaned on the first day either. For the price we paid I would expect more from this hotel.

This is an older hotel, but nice rooms, comfortable beds and great amenities. I highly recommend the restaurant for breakfast or dinner and happy hour. Chans is a delicious Korean fusion restaurant with a great happy hour and dinner menu. There are some nice sitting areas in the hotel. If you drive, choose the parking package to save money. If you are seeing a show at the Paramount Theater, it's a two minute walk.

The overall check in process was adequate. What was not adequate was that there were signs for valet parking, but unfortunately when we attempted to valet park they stated that they “over booked” the hotel and you could not park in the hotel. Which is absurd since when we arrived it was 11 pm and we had to scramble and find somewhere else to park on the street. Another reason this stay was un satisfactory was because when we attempted to shower there was another guests hair all over the shower walls. Especially for the price we paid- we are unsatisfied with this stay.

Great location, comfortable rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The amenities are great and the staff super friendly and helpful. Excellent experience and value. We chose this hotel to celebrate a friend's birthday. Overall a great place for a Seattle centrally located experience.
